Pricing

See our section regarding pricing and quotes for facilities.  Our goal is to provide the best service at the lowest cost to customer available from any service provider in Connecticut

Scheduling

Email or call to get scheduled for service.  We strive to accommodate our customers scheduling preference as much as we possibly can and get customer equipment looked at as soon as possible. 

Technicians

Our owner is the technician you will see at your appointment. He will be the technician who returns if a second appointment is needed to install parts or complete repairs.  There is no confusion as to what was done previously due to a different technician being assigned.  

Parts

As much as is possible, we use the manufacturer's replacement parts (OEM).  These may be a higher price than cheaper aftermarket parts but with that comes a higher level of quality.  If the customer would like to discuss the use of cheaper parts, we will give an honest recommendation regarding this choice.  Our parts pricing includes a nominal markup from our cost to help defray shipping and handling costs but we do not profit more whether we use the OEM parts of aftermarket parts.  Our goal is to eliminate the high markup charges other service providers may charge customers.

Preventive Maintenance

See our section focused on preventive maintenance programs.  We try to provide the answer to almost any question regarding preventive maintenance there.

Warranty on Service

We provide a window of 30 days from completion of a repair in which we will schedule a return visit for at no charge should the same symptom return or the installed part fail in some manner or not perform properly.   We stand behind our work and want our customers to be satisified with our service.
